Connect globally.
Thrive locally.

Estes Park Sister Cities Association is a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network. This purpose of this organization is to connect Estes Park community members with global partners by building relationships through citizen diplomacy.

We will accomplish this by facilitating activities and programs that will provide to one another appropriate aid, comfort, education, and mutual understanding of culture, environment, and economics.

Estes Park Sister Cities is a grateful recipient of the Community Funding Grant from the Town of Estes Park.

Estes Park’s current Sister City is Monteverde, Costa Rica.

Support Santa Elena’s Public Library

The canton of Monteverde in the province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica, is home to the 3 very small, very close towns of Monteverde, Santa Elena, and Cerro Plano.  Santa Elena is home to the area's library, thanks in large part to the support of Estes Park and its people. The library is an entirely donation supported facility housing over 4,000 books, meeting spaces, and computers for students and the public.

Please consider supporting their campaign to cover operating costs to ensure this special place is available into the future!
